About the Position:

Leading organisations are looking for HR professionals who can create a thriving workplace culture and shape an exceptional people experience from the ground up. The successful candidate will lead and manage Human Resources functions including attraction and retention, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.

The role includes implementing and sustaining performance management and disciplinary processes aligned with contemporary practices and Australian employment legislation. You will also provide consultancy and advisory services to managers and staff on HR management policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Human Resources functions including attraction and retention, onboarding, employee relations and compliance

  • Provide consultancy and advisory services to managers and staff on HR management policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Conduct regular HR analysis and audits against strengthen aged care standards and industry expectations

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and/or proven experience in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Significant experience in a senior human resources role, preferably with IR experience
  • Ability to engage and develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
  • Excellent communication, mediation and facilitation skills
