Senior People Manager

The Quality Improvement and Education Schemes are seeking a highly experienced people manager to lead a team within service delivery with a strong focus on client satisfaction, and contribute to business improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve results in a fast-paced service delivery environment.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, including coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive performance excellence.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of business processes, procedures, and correspondence.
- Manage escalations and provide expert advice to clients on complex policy and legislation matters.
- Foster strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare statistical information, estimates of expenditure, and other reports as required.
- Assist in communicating and managing change within the team and wider organization.
Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory Requirements:
- Able to obtain and maintain a working with vulnerable people clearance.
