About the Opportunity

Seeking a dynamic Digital Experience Manager with a passion for innovation, dedicated to ensuring seamless personalised student journeys through cutting-edge digital solutions.

  • Support our digital experience strategy focusing on web automation and AI-enabled tools.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement digital solutions and content experiences that foster a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale digital projects including website redesigns mobile app development and data analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure web automation and digital campaign strategies complement each other supported by strong content governance and accessibility standards.
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions optimise user journeys measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills in digital experience management digital strategy automation or related roles within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise plan and deliver digital initiatives investigate challenges and develop innovative student-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
