  • Successfully manage large-scale digital projects, including website redesigns, mobile app development, and data analytics initiatives, from conception to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure web, automation, and digital campaign strategies complement each other, supported by strong content governance and accessibility standards.
  • Successfully leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimise user journeys, measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exhibit high-level negotiation and influencing skills to build agreement across business areas, establishing consistent digital processes, practices, and systems that underpin a cohesive and future-focused digital ecosystem.
What we're looking for
  • Strong leadership skills as evidenced through extensive experience in digital experience management, digital strategy, automation, or related roles within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise, plan, and deliver digital initiatives including web, automation, and AI-driven activities along with the capability to investigate challenges and develop innovative, student-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated high level written communication skills, including the ability to produce and maintain a range of documentation including business process maps and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, digital communication systems, content management systems, and digital analytics.
