Program Director High-Rise Cooling Initiative
This challenging role requires an experienced construction project leader to support the delivery of a comprehensive cooling program for high-rise dwellings.
The successful candidate will oversee the installation of new air conditioning technology in public towers across Victoria's 14 precincts, ensuring alignment with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert advice to stakeholders and preparing detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Fostering strong relationships with key partners to facilitate collaborative approaches.
- Coordinating project delivery, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements for Success
A seasoned professional with expertise in all facets of construction project management, including procurement processes, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong relationship-building skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to provide authoritative guidance and collaborate with key partners to drive project success.
Experience in program management, including planning, scheduling, managing consultants, and overseeing budget and cash flow.
