This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing daily activities and managing a team of grain handlers.Key responsibilities include:Supervising site staff for efficient and safe operationsSupporting the Area Manager with planning and resourcing for grain receivals and outloads during seasonal peaksManaging grain receivals and outloads with a focus on safetyBuilding relationships with local growers and community stakeholdersOverseeing site budgets and contributing to operational planningAbout Your Experience:This role is ideal for a team leader ready to advance their career.
