Site Management Expert

As a seasoned site management professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of large-scale projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all site-based activities from start to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Drive programme delivery while maintaining high-quality finishes.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a site manager on commercial/industrial/education projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodology and project delivery.
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain programme under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
