Role Description

The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for the implementation of technology infrastructure into stores and distribution centers. This involves coordinating internal and external resources to meet project schedules, maintaining detailed implementation procedures, and ensuring hardware maintenance and administration are up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of IT equipment to sites, including new stores, closing stores, refits, and downsizes.
  • Coordination of AMC's (IT Hardware Adds, Moves & Changes) and LCM (Life Cycle Management).
  • Hardware maintenance, admin, and governance.
  • Maintain detailed implementation procedures and technology baseline documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous project coordination experience.
  • Technical experience or background, with knowledge of hardware or troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A customer-centric approach.
