Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Brewery Bar + Kitchen. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Venue Manager in supervising team members and ensuring compliance across beverage, gaming, and restaurant areas.
  • Play a key role in major event activations, coaching, and supporting team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in bar management and gaming operations.
  • A resilient and enthusiastic personality.
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and RCG Competency Card.
