Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Description

**About the Role**

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for leading your team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. If you are passionate about food, hospitality, and guest interaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests
* Develop and motivate your team to achieve high standards of service
* Coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
* Ensure that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and safety
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
