Sydney Territory Sales Development Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager in Sydney to drive sales growth by leveraging our direct and Channel Partner resources. As a key member of our team, you'll engage prospective clients within your assigned territory, introducing them to our innovative products and application solutions.
You will:
- Develop strategic action plans to meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell or upsell on existing customer bases and partner with Channel Community to drive sales closure.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop demand generation strategies, driving adoption of new software products.
- Engage effectively with diverse buying personas, including DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, and CXO level executives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 4 years of experience in high-tech solution or SaaS sales, preferably with application network or security solutions.
- Active joint partner engagement sales experience, ideally with 2 years or more.
- BANT qualification is compulsory, while experience with Sandler, Challenger, or SPIN sales methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in corporate productivity tools, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Zoom, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
