Property Leadership Role
This is a high-level position within our organization responsible for overseeing the management and administration of properties.
About the Position
- Lead a team to deliver property procurement, contract formation, and management functions, ensuring efficiency, legislative compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on property, land, and legal matters to stakeholders and partners.
- Implement property optimization plans, prepare reports, and brief Council members.
- Review local laws, investigate compliance issues, and prepare complex reports.
- Manage and develop a small team, fostering collaboration, development, and excellence.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Law and/or 3 years' leadership experience in property management or a related field.
- Expertise in property transactions, leasing, and contract management.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and supporting professional development.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
