**Night Operations Manager Role**

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled professional to join our team as a Night Operations Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in the smooth operation of our hotel, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of safety and security.

Job Description:
  • Responsibilities:
  • • Provide efficient guest services including check-in/check-out, request handling, and providing hotel information.
  • • Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring accurate cashiering.
  • • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
  • • Maintain the hotel's standard of professionalism.
  • • Be analytical and possess an eye for detail.
  • • Assist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in various check and balance procedures.
  • • Prepare and deliver food from the all-day dining menu and café as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Key Requirements:
  • • Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • • Ability to navigate change and provide quick thinking solutions when problems arise.
  • • Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera preferred.
  • • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster of overnight shifts.
