Overnight Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in high-pressure environments. Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of overnight services, providing excellent guest experiences, and maintaining strict security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest accounts and settle all financial transactions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in various check and balance procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues efficiently, and offering personalized solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Able to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera is preferred.
