Lead Program and Educational Manager

The role requires a highly skilled educator to lead educational programs for children. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of learning frameworks and be able to create engaging experiences.
A key aspect of this position is building positive relationships with team members, children, and families. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this regard.
The selected individual will be responsible for daily operational documentation, recording children's learning, and ensuring the environment supports active participation. They will also monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary amendments.
As a dedicated member of our team, you will uphold high standards of health and safety, adhering to regulatory requirements. A current Working with Children's Check is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience working in Education and Care is required.
- Strong understanding of National Quality Standards and My Time, Our Place Learning Framework.
- Experience with Child Safe Standards and willingness to learn.
