Education Program Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Education Program Manager to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) team at a service based in Pakenham Lakeside.
As the key contact for the service, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing engaging programs for children, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Establish strong relationships with children, parents, schools, and the community
- Lead a team of Educators on-site, including roster management and training
- Manage the operational efficiency of your service, ensuring compliance and effective administrative systems
- Leadership experience within education settings or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
