We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Program Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing educational leadership across EAL programs, supporting staff development, and ensuring quality delivery and compliance with national standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or diploma in EAL or Foundation Studies
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant industry
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong understanding of vocational education and training sector
  • Experience in program design, assessment, and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills
