Job Title: Planning & Validation Specialist

The role of a Planning & Validation Specialist is to ensure the balance of internal and external supply demand for locally manufactured products. This involves performing equipment qualification and process validation, as well as maintaining and updating Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters.

Responsibilities:

  2. Analyze supply and demand, propose production schedules, and manage procurement planning;">
  3. Maintain and update MPS, MRP parameters, and material master data;">
  4. Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes;">
  5. Conduct validation activities to ensure compliance with internal and external standards;">
  6. Prepare qualification and validation protocols, train staff, and participate in risk assessments;">
  7. Ensure effective communication between manufacturing, supply chain, and validation teams.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have strong planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Experience in manufacturing planning and validation processes is also essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory. Additionally, knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems is required.
