Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

As a strategic supply chain professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of locally manufactured products. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the delicate balance between internal and external supply demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends and propose production schedules to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain and update material master data, MPS, and MRP parameters to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct thorough validation activities to guarantee adherence to internal and external standards.
- Develop qualification and validation protocols, train staff, and participate in risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Facilitate effective communication between manufacturing, supply chain, and validation teams to drive collaboration and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Essential Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:Proven experience in manufacturing planning and validation processes.
Education:Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems.
Personal Qualities:Autonomous, detail-oriented, able to manage stress, and work effectively within a team.
