Job Description
  • This is a developmental Supply Chain Management position.
  • Oversee logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain without compromising quality.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager should have:

  • A strong background in logistics or supply chain management within the life science industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing inventory, procurement, and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A degree or certification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
