Job Description

- This is a developmental Supply Chain Management position.

- Oversee logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve departmental goals.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain without compromising quality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager should have:

- A strong background in logistics or supply chain management within the life science industry.

- Demonstrated experience in managing inventory, procurement, and distribution processes.

- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

- A degree or certification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
