Electrical Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with excellent leadership skills who can effectively oversee field-based activities.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage resources efficiently by coordinating purchasing and subcontracting activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation through the completion of job control worksheets.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve organisational goals.
- Apply conflict resolution techniques to prevent potential escalations.
Successful candidates will have experience working in high/low voltage environments and be familiar with industry-standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.
- A Certificate III in ESI Distribution – Power Systems (or equivalent industry experience) is highly regarded.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, and planning package systems is an advantage.
