Electrical Operations Lead

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of electrical operations across our network.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team to achieve outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and oversee field-based activities to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  2. Manage materials and subcontract services effectively to meet work schedules and budget requirements.
  3. Compile and submit reports and job control worksheets as required.
  4. Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Develop and implement conflict resolution strategies to prevent industrial disputes.
About You:
  1. Hold a Certificate III in ESI Distribution – Power Systems or equivalent industry experience.
  2. Have a current Victorian Driver's Licence and proficiency in SAP, Word, Excel, and planning package systems.
  3. Be familiar with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.
