About the Role

As a mobile and workshop-based Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a range of company products. You will respond to equipment breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, conduct routine maintenance in line with Trade Measurement requirements, travel to client sites as needed, assemble, test, and prepare goods for sale, hire, or repair, accurately record service activities using our mobile systems, maintain a clean, professional work area and service vehicle, and promote additional service/sales opportunities through our incentive plan.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair a range of company products
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform troubleshooting
  • Conduct routine maintenance in line with Trade Measurement requirements
  • Travel to client sites as needed
  • Assemble, test, and prepare goods for sale, hire, or repair
  • Accurately record service activities using our mobile systems
  • Maintain a clean, professional work area and service vehicle
  • Promote additional service/sales opportunities through our incentive plan

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with a strong mechanical or electrical background. You will have a Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnology trade certificate (preferred), NMI licence (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain, experience in industrial service or electrical/mechanical maintenance, positive self-motivated attitude with strong communication skills, manual driver's licence, and ability to travel when required.

What You'll Need
