Position Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Production Cutter prepares specialty cuts of meat efficiently to meet customer expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
  • Cut product to meet specifications
  • Transport finished product to packaging line
  • Weigh product for compliance
  • Replenish stock as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Handle products properly and report damages
  • Follow company policies and safety guidelines

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 months of experience

Pay Range: $19-$24/hour.
