What's the role on offer?
Based at Brisbane Airport , the Line Maintenance Production Planner plays a vital role in coordinating and scheduling aircraft maintenance to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Local Senior Base Engineer, you will balance maintenance requests, resources, and regulatory requirements to deliver effective daily maintenance planning.
Key responsibilities include :
- Developing and managing daily maintenance schedules in line with AMO resources
- Coordinating with CAMO, AMO, and Facilities teams on tooling, spares, and manpower availability
- Reviewing and collating CAMO work packs, defect reports, and maintenance documentation
- Liaising with third-party service providers for specialist maintenance (e.g. NDT, re-weighs)
- Monitoring flying schedules to maximise maintenance opportunities
- Ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and documentation accuracy

Experience in aviation maintenance planning or production planning (airline or AMO)Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilityComputer literacy and experience with maintenance planning systemsA proactive focus on safety and complianceAn aviation qualification and / or previous planning experience will be highly regarded.
