We are seeking a strategic leader to join our Health & Safety team as Manager, H&S Strategy and Risk.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful safety outcomes while shaping the systems and strategy that support them.

  • The successful candidate will oversee enterprise-wide health and safety risk and develop and improve our HSE management system.

The key focus will be on supporting the uplift of our digital platform, helping to embed structured risk management practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee enterprise-wide health and safety risk.
  • Support business units in managing their operational risks.
  • Develop and improve our HSE management system.

Requirements:

  • A strong foundation in risk management, assurance, and HSE systems.
  • Significant experience in a senior H&S role within utilities, infrastructure, services, or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and implementing user-focused H&S systems.
