- Create, store, retain, and dispose of resident records, contributing to the efficient resident management system.
- Maintain accurate data entry into the patient management system.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and Microsoft Office documents.
- Take and type meeting minutes and agendas with proficiency.
- Coordinate appointments and manage correspondence and bookings.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
- Empathy for individuals, integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to consumer needs.
- Experience in providing professional secretarial and administrative support to executive level staff.
- Sound data entry skills and proficiency in computer software packages.
- Demonstrated ability to cope with a high volume of work and constant changes of priorities.
- Bright and friendly demeanor with the willingness to assist with all customer and client enquiries.
