Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to our team at the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support services to executive level staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing the hospital switchboard and reception area.
  • Manage the creation, storage, retention, and disposal of resident records.
  • Contribute to the efficient resident management system and maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and take and type meeting minutes.
  • Provide confidential and professional secretarial and administrative support services to executive level staff.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in office administration processes and procedures.
  • Experience in computer software packages, including word processing, desktop publishing, Microsoft Excel, and email.
  • Sound data entry skills.
