Senior Commercial Real Estate Investment Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our private real estate debt investment team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and origination, with a deep understanding of commercial real estate and credit risk analysis.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the firm's lending portfolio by delivering alternative debt solutions to clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate new lending/investment opportunities in the $3–$30m range.
- Manage existing relationships, including broker networks and direct channels.
- Conduct credit analysis and underwriting; lead the structuring and negotiation of loan terms in alignment with the firm's investment criteria.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the firm's lending portfolio and market access in Australia.
- 10+ years' experience in a bank or private credit fund.
- Advanced knowledge in commercial real estate.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
