Commercial Real Estate Analyst

This role presents an opportunity to work with a leading alternative asset manager, focusing on real estate loan originations and management.

  • Undertake underwriting of commercial real estate backed debt investments.
  • Execute transactions across various real estate asset classes, including new originations and modifications of existing investments.
  • Manage and service a portfolio of existing commercial real estate debt investments.
  • Maintain relationships with borrowers.

Qualifications:
  • Strong academic background, preferably with an undergraduate degree.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage.
