Job Opportunity

As a Technical Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering remote and on-site technical support to clients. This involves troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues, as well as conducting site inspections and providing training on the use and administration of our system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely phone, email, and remote access support to existing customers ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Maintain duplicate system environments for testing and troubleshooting purposes enabling efficient issue resolution
  • Record/document client issues through to resolution using our issue tracking system promoting transparency and accountability
  • Plan and practice for system implementation and upgrade projects fostering a proactive approach to IT management
  • Review and contribute to product documentation enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Perform Triage Desk '1st line support function' streamlining incident response and escalation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in user and admin support for enterprise-class software systems
  • Solid understanding and experience with Fleet Management Systems and High-Precision and/or Machine Health Products
  • Databases SQL (advanced administration ability), OpenTSDB, InfluxDB (moderate)
  • Real-Time software systems
  • Mobile Computing
  • Windows networking experience
  • Windows server administration (moderate)
