Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team in Australia. As a senior technical support specialist, you will work directly for one of our US-based partner MSPs and provide remote and occasional onsite support to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and onsite technical assistance to customers nationwide, addressing issues related to servers, desktops, and applications within cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Active Directory (AD), and Exchange platforms
  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms, ensuring systems' efficiency and performance
  • Perform senior-level technical functions, collaborating with solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and address complex technical challenges
  • Participate in project teams to deploy and manage IT solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
Requirements:
  • An extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Deep knowledge in Windows Server, desktop, and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP
  • Strength across messaging platforms, including Exchange Hybrid, On-prem, and Office 365
  • Experience working with virtualization solutions, such as Hyper-V
  • Extensive experience with backup technologies
  • Excellent complex-problem diagnosis technique
  • Exposure to ticketing tools
