Behavioural Change Specialist

This role focuses on driving behavioural change through effective communication strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop targeted communication plans and key messages to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities associated with communications and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate communication events, including surveys, forums, and presentations
To succeed in this position, you will require exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and experience developing creative content for various audiences and communication channels. Additionally, a strong understanding of SharePoint site management and experience working within an ICT program/project environment are highly beneficial.
Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication, or a related discipline
- Experience in events management
