Lead and Deliver: Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Specialist to lead a passionate team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding and coaching Behaviour Support Practitioners, reviewing behaviour support plans and clinical reports, mentoring your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support, managing stakeholder relationships, and owning your own caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide and coach Behaviour Support Practitioners to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Review behaviour support plans and clinical reports to ensure best practice
  • Mentor your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that meets the needs of individuals with disability
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless communication
  • Own your own caseload and deliver services in the community

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Proven leadership experience—mentoring, supervising, and supporting others
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Passion for working with people with disability and making a positive impact
  • Willingness to provide in-home and community-based services
  • Full driver's licence and reliable transport
