Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled behaviour change expert to join our Corporate Communications team.

This role will partner closely with our Waste Services department to develop and implement evidence-based behaviour change strategies, projects, plans, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage event delivery: guide team members and contractors to deliver effective outreach events and activities to diverse audiences and community groups.

- Research emerging considerations: identify specific issues, needs, and interests of target audiences through timely consultation mechanisms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders: build productive relationships to coordinate and deliver behaviour change activities, projects, and outreach events in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

- Measure success: review effectiveness and efficiency of education and behaviour change programs, achieving targets and implementing new resource recovery initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of behaviour change strategies, projects, and campaigns, ideally with a focus on sustainable waste management.

You will be an exceptional communicator, influencing outcomes and effectively delivering messages to diverse stakeholders and audiences.
