Job Overview

This role is focused on leading the technical strategy and execution for our CRM technology platform.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide functional and technical leadership for Customer Relationship Platform (CRM) – Salesforce platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce, as well as experience with solution design and execution.
About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate with product managers, product owners, architects, leads, and the technology delivery team to define technical approaches, business requirements, and solutions.

  • You will work closely with solution/platform architects to ensure alignment with architecture design.
  • Responsibilities will include ensuring the integration of data and information components of the solution, and the alignment of resources to the enterprise strategy.
