Production Optimization Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Optimization Expert to enrich lives through operational excellence in food production.

Your Opportunity

  • Lead the design and establishment of robust supply chain, production planning processes, and business analytics frameworks for our organization.
  • Directly improve operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy business analytics tools to understand and track unit production costs and distributor performance.
  • Develop demand forecasting methodologies and tools tailored to our unique production needs.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
  • Establish a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework connecting forecasts to production.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams and present insights to executive leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Data-driven professional with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.
  • Background in food manufacturing or healthcare distribution.
  • Strong skills in statistical forecasting and analysis of production, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of HACCP, quality control, and food safety principles.
