Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, connecting with passionate business owners across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products and the ability to develop and maintain detailed relationships with clients.

  • Provide customers with tailored solutions by understanding their needs and developing effective growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution.
  • Structure deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams.
  • Proactively manage credit and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Able to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products.
  • Able to understand customers' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Experience assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness and credit risk and suitable credit structuring options.
  • Able to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other banking products to suit the customers' business goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and able to drive efficiency and create long-term value.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles and how to mitigate risks.
