Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive our expansion into new markets and verticals. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, creating strategies to reach new customers and industries, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth plans to increase revenue and expand market presence
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, finance, healthcare, and tourism industries
  • Create strategic partnerships with key players in target industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding market presence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud solution business development
  • 2+ years of experience working with channel partner ecosystems
  • 2+ years of experience in business development in cybersecurity or observability
  • Extensive experience selling and building relationships in the Australia and New Zealand market
