**Leadership Opportunity in Construction Solutions**:

Ausreo is seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth and operational excellence. The State Manager position will be based in Victoria and NSW.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Ausreo's National Safety Plan, managing sales and segment planning, leading business development initiatives, implementing cost management programs, and establishing key performance indicators.

This role requires a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and promoting customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Ausreo's National Safety Plan
  • Managing sales and segment planning to achieve market share targets
  • Leading business development initiatives and commercial sales negotiations
  • Implementing cost management programs and executing capital investment projects
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in the Building and Construction Industry or Building Products Industry, a tertiary qualification, and advanced working knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma principles.
