Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our overall operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to ensure high-quality, efficient production, delivery, and service.

  • This role involves coordinating and executing plans to meet growth targets while optimising cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
  • You will also implement systems for knowledge management and continuous improvement across all business areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing operational team, providing mentorship and guidance to staff members.
  • Collaborate closely with departments to ensure successful implementation and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain active knowledge of work health and safety practices, adhering to all policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Leadership, or related discipline (desirable)
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strategic management experience as a senior manager.
