Poolside Operations Manager

In this dynamic role, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of Crown Towers' leisure and poolside food & beverage offerings.

  • Oversee daily operations, including leisure and poolside food & beverage services, to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B leadership teams to develop and implement innovative offerings that meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Plan and execute engaging poolside events and activations that drive business growth and enhance the guest experience.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement targeted service improvements to boost customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality, leisure, or resort operations.
  • Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across leisure and food & beverage functions, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated success in budget management and operational planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience in guest service excellence and complaint resolution, with a strong emphasis on empathy and effective communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
