Lead Event Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of events, conferences, and meetings across our property. They will have a proven track record in event operations, strong communication and leadership skills to build a winning team.

  • Raise awareness of trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance our services.
  • Boost guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • Lead the Events Team to achieve high levels of performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A valid working right in Australia with prior experience in event operations.
  • A current Approved Manager's Card or eligibility to hold one.
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
