**Leisure Manager - Crown Perth**
- Crown Perth is one of the most exciting hospitality and entertainment venues in Australia. With three award winning Hotels on site encompassing over 1180 rooms, an indulgent day spa, resort style pools, internationally acclaimed restaurants and entertainment, the property is truly a world-class integrated resort.
- We are currently seeking an energetic, friendly and vibrant team member to inspire, coach and develop our recreation and fitness team in creating memorable experiences for our guests seeking to relax by our lavish pool oases and in our fitness centers at our three hotels: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our guests by ensuring compliance with the Aquatic Management Plan and Compliance code of Practice, managing the team's budget, and working with other Crown teams to deliver service beyond expectation.
- Essential Criteria:

- Experience leading a team.
- Ability to manage effective workforce rostering.
- Business management and financial knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
- Aquatic centre experience at a supervisory level and an awareness of hotel management and operations would be beneficial, but not essential. Training in Senior First Aid, Patron Rescue and Emergency care would also be advantageous, but not essential.
