Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for the daily operation and account management of our corporate and retail divisions.

This is a challenging opportunity that requires visible leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

You will work closely with senior managers to drive business growth and develop operational processes.

  • Provide direct client liaison and manage front-line operational complexities such as employee training and performance management.
  • Develop detailed Site Operating Procedures and deliver high-quality reports, both internal and external.
  • Drive and support a culture around Work Health and Safety and provide accurate employee scheduling and account management.

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated competencies, a business degree or similar (desirable), minimum five years management experience, a WA Security Licence (desirable), and advanced or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex and volumed workloads whilst operating in the Security Industry.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice to Tier 1 clients and senior management.
  • Engage customers, providing operational development, supported growth and process innovation across security-based solutions.
  • Built strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Managed and continuously achieved contractual key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated competencies.
  • A Business Degree or similar (desirable) or pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a field.
  • Minimum five years management experience - Essential.
  • A WA Security Licence (desirable).
  • Advanced or Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
