Program Manager Role

The position of Program Manager involves spearheading a team in developing programs based on social inclusion, choice, control, enablement, empowerment, and independence.

This role oversees direct reports, focusing on expanding the business arm across regions to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable in leadership positions, networking, and business development, promoting our brand while driving innovation to create new business streams.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in aged care and disability support
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to pursue strategic opportunities, identifying new markets and products
