Senior Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to drive strategic growth and partnerships across our organization.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive safeguarding strategy, positioning us as a sector leader in child safe practice.
  • Drive inclusion and community engagement programs that enhance outcomes for disadvantaged children and families.
  • Oversee the refreshment and delivery of our Reconciliation Action Plan and First Nations engagement strategy.
  • Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities, including grants and tenders.
  • Shape client engagement and communications strategies that amplify our profile and community impact.
  • Promote our organization with government, universities, peak bodies, and community partners, fostering advocacy and system leadership.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, including new initiatives and services.
