Business Development Executive

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and creating unforgettable experiences. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining bookings
- Handling calls, booking appointments, and assisting in lead generation
- Working closely with back-of-house teams to coordinate events
- Maintaining accurate records in the iVvy event management system
- Preparing regular reports and participating in training and development programs
You will be a Brand Ambassador for the hotel, providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests. You will work together with trust and treat all guests and colleagues with respect.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
