
Program Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain library resources and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Support daily library operations and contribute to the planning and delivery of community programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to diverse community members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working in a library or closely related setting.
- Certificate IV in Library and Information Services (or willingness to obtain).
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
- A NSW Class C Driver's Licence for branch delivery and outreach work.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Libero Library Management System.
- Background in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
- Familiarity with grant funding, reporting, and acquittals.
Benefits:
- Salary range of $70,000 – $80,500 p.a. + 12% Super.
